Stumbling Home is the 3rd album from indie-folk duo The Sea The Sea. Like Simon & Garfunkel with an electric guitar, or today’s duo version of Fleetwood Mac but without the inter-band conflict, The Sea The Sea continues to explore their harmony-driven sound, while focusing on piercing, heartfelt lyrics.
“This new album is the work we are most proud of to date,” shares Mira. “We are proud of the way we grew the arrangements in our new creative space. Making music fills us, and we also believe that it matters in the world. Our mission statement as a band is to remind people they aren’t alone — in their pains or their joys, and everything in-between.”

| For Gadditude, his tenth outing as a leader and second for BFM Jazz, world class drummer Steve Gadd got a little help from his distinguished friends – guitarist Michael Landau, keyboardist Larry Goldings, trumpeter Walt Fowler and bassist Jimmy Johnson. Together they had already established a high degree of bandstand chemistry as the touring band for superstar singer-songwriter James Taylor. That goes a long way in explaining the sense of comfort and ease from track to track on this relaxed session recorded in just one week at Landau’s home studio. “It was like a big family affair,” says Gadd. “It’s fun to get together with people that you care about, that you trust musically and just share the energy and try to make the music the best that it can be.” Like no other drummer on the scene over the last four decades, Gadd has an uncanny ability to get ‘inside’ a tune. Gadditude is yet another example of the highly respected and hugely influential drummer finding the ‘pocket’ and making the music feel so good. |

Greatest Hits Live! Featuring the "You're An Ocean" and "The Way." Formed in 1994 in Austin, Texas, Fastball combined a fondness for melodic, Beatles-inspired pop with the alternative aesthetic of late-'90s mainstream rock. Guitarist/vocalist Miles Zuniga, bassist/vocalist Tony Scalzo, and drummer Joey Shuffield — all veterans of Austin's underground rock scene — originally banded together under the name Magneto U.S.A. After signing a major label deal, the musicians changed their name to Fastball and released their debut album, Make Your Mama Proud, in 1996. The album demonstrated the band's synthesis of modern flavor and bygone pop hooks, a combination that would later launch Fastball into the mainstream. The follow-up effort, All the Pain Money Can Buy, appeared in early 1998, featuring a considerably tighter band and more pop flourishes. Although the bandmates were still working side jobs at the time of its release, lead-off single "The Way" proved to be a meteoric hit, topping the American rock charts for seven weeks while enjoying crossover success as a pop single. "Fire Escape" and the piano-fueled "Out of My Head" did similarly well, and All the Pain Money Can Buy went platinum within six months of its release, earning two Grammy nominations along the way. Fastball will be on tour for the remainder of 2023 and into 2024. At the center of Leslie Stevens’ music is that notoriously heart-catching voice. She can belt it out grandly when she wants to, but the Los Angeles singer also possesses a distinctively honeyed tone that imbues her new album, Sinner, with a radiant charisma that sparks both ebullient love songs and more intimate ballads.
Stevens’ voice is so beguiling that she has developed a thriving sideline as an in-demand singer who has recorded and performed with a litany of disparate musicians, including Florence + the Machine, My Morning Jacket’s Jim James, Father John Misty, Jenny O., Joe Walsh, Jackson Browne, Jonny Fritz, and John Fogerty.
Stevens might be a singer’s singer, but it is her bold original songwriting that elevates Sinner from a merely dazzling vocal showcase into an artistically ambitious, poignantly affecting and sometimes startling work. A Book of Music - The sheet music of the album Da Capo.
Physical CD is included inside music book
Da Capo was recorded in February of 2021 by Violinist Ryan Delahoussaye and Pianist Charlie Magnone at Orb Recording Studios in Austin Texas.
The sheet music was transcribed for piano and violin by Charlie. The result of this ultimately led to the recording of the record. So after over a year of rehearsing and continuous revisions of the sheet music - A Book of Music and the album Da Capo is finally here.
