Please note: A CONCERT TICKET IS NOT INCLUDED with the purchase of Bowling For Soup's VIP Meet & Greet and must be purchased separately from the venue's website ticketing system, at their box office or at www.bowlingforsoup.com. You must also have a ticket to the show to attend the VIP Meet & Greet. Please make sure you have a concert ticket prior to purchasing this experience.
VIP Meet & Greet passes are NOT refundable.
There are a limited number of passes available, so when you purchase a pass, you are making it unavailable for other fans. We cannot offer refunds on VIP Meet & Greet passes whatsoever. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you understand you may not request or receive a refund and you forfeit your right to dispute the credit card charge for this experience. You are purchasing the experience whether you are able to attend or not. Please make sure you can attend the VIP Meet & Greet before you purchase a pass. The only exception is if the band is forced to cancel the VIP Meet & Greet due to extenuating circumstances. Bowling For Soup retain the right to change or modify the VIP Meet & Greet and you will not receive a refund if the experience is slightly different than described below.
The VIP Meet & Greet includes:
No Physical Tickets
The VIP Meet & Greet provides no physical tickets. Your name and number of passes you have purchased will be on a list provided to Bowling For Soup's Tour Manager. You will show up at the venue the day of your event in enough time to get in the VIP Meet & Greet line. The start time is listed in the Item Name of your purchase and will also be listed in the email receipt you will receive from Bandwear. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the start time listed. If you have forgotten the start time, you can find your date here, click on Show Info & Tickets and the start time will be listed. At the start time the Tour Manager will line everyone up, check you off the list and walk you into the venue for the VIP Meet & Greet.
Exchanging Passes For Another Show
While VIP Meet & Greet passes are non-refundable, you may exchange your passes for one show to another. Click here to fill out a customer service ticket with your request to exchange your passes for another event. Exchange requests must be made no later than three (3) business days before your original VIP Meet & Greet date. Be sure to include your order number, your name, email, phone, your original experience date and the date you'd like to move to.
Transferring VIP Meet & Greet Passes To Someone Else
If an issue comes up and you are unable to attend the VIP Meet & Greet you have purchased, you may transfer your passes to another person. Transfer requests must be made no later than three (3) business days before your VIP Meet & Greet date. Click here to fill out a customer service ticket with your request to transfer your tickets to another person. Be sure to include your order number, your name, email, phone, your experience date and the name of the person you'd like to transfer your tickets to.
