Please note: A CONCERT TICKET IS NOT INCLUDED with the purchase of Blue October's Soundcheck Experience and must be purchased separately from the venue's website ticketing system, at their box office or at www.blueoctober.com. You must also have a ticket to the show to attend the Soundcheck Experience. Please make sure you have a concert ticket prior to purchasing this experience.
Soundcheck Experience passes are NOT refundable.
There are a limited number of passes available, so when you purchase a pass, you are making it unavailable for other fans. We cannot offer refunds on Soundcheck Experience passes whatsoever. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you understand you may not request or receive a refund and you forfeit your right to dispute the credit card charge for this experience. You are purchasing the experience whether you are able to attend or not. Please make sure you can attend the soundcheck before you purchase a pass. The only exception is if the band is forced to cancel the Soundcheck Experience due to extenuating circumstances. Blue October retain the right to change or modify the Soundcheck Experience and you will not receive a refund if the experience is slightly different than described below.
The Soundcheck Experience includes:
No Physical Tickets
The Soundcheck Experience provides no physical tickets. Your name and number of passes you have purchased will be on a list provided to Blue October's Tour Manager. You will show up at the venue the day of your event in enough time to get in the Soundcheck Experience line. The start time is listed in the Item Name of your purchase and will also be listed in the email receipt you will receive from Bandwear. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the start time listed. If you have forgotten the start time, you can find your date here and the start time will be listed. At the start time the Tour Manager will line everyone up, check you off the list and walk you into the venue for the Soundcheck Experience.
Exchanging Passes For Another Show
While Soundcheck Experience passes are non-refundable, you may exchange your passes for one show for another. Click here to fill out a customer service ticket with your request to exchange your passes for another event. Exchange requests must be made no later than three (3) business days before your original Soundcheck Experience date. Be sure to include your order number, your name, email, phone, your original experience date and the date you'd like to move to.
Transferring Soundcheck Experience Passes To Someone Else
If an issue comes up and you are unable to attend the Soundcheck Experience you have purchased, you may transfer your passes to another person. Transfer requests must be made no later than three (3) business days before your Soundcheck Experience date. Click here to fill out a customer service ticket with your request to transfer your tickets to another person. Be sure to include your order number, your name, email, phone, your experience date and the name of the person you'd like to transfer your tickets to.
Random Upgrade To Front Row Tickets (Seated Shows Only) *Full band Shows Only
At venues where there are seats and no General Admission "pit", one person from each show date who has purchased at least 1 Soundcheck Experience Pass for that same show and attends the Soundcheck Experience will be selected in a random drawing at the Soundcheck Experience to get two front row seats at the show. Winner must forfeit the two existing tickets to the show to the band for use for their guest list.
