What happens when one of rock’s most inventive guitarists finds inspiration in 18th-century etiquette?
Paul Gilbert’s new album WROC turns George Washington’s “Rules Of Civility” into electrifying rock anthems — blending humor, history, and blazing guitar work. With grooves that smile and melodies that soar, Gilbert transforms old-world manners into modern musical fire. It’s virtuosic, witty, and unmistakably Paul Gilbert.

This new CD contains 40 minutes of Paul's most face-melting guitar solos, recorded on June 11th, 1984, at the age of 17!
Paul was preparing to move to L.A. and needed a demo, so he set up his Marshall half-stack in the back room of an H&R Block tax office, and filled up a cassette with the most intense guitar playing possible.
This era of Paul's playing is what Buckethead often mentions as being his favorite, and fans of early Racer X will certainly enjoy it as well!
