Across 24 songs, he name-checks everyone from Hootie & The Blowfish, Nirvana, and Foo Fighters to Shonen Knife, Liz Phair, and KMFDM, delivering off-kilter tributes that sit somewhere between outsider art, punk energy, and homemade hip-hop.
