Why is my credit card being denied?
Here are some reasons why your card might be denied:
I keep trying to place my order but it's not going through. Why?
Make sure you have filled out all of the fields, including the country you will ship to. If you still have problems, go to http://support.bandwear.com/ and fill out a trouble ticket with a description of your problem and we'll look into your specific case.

How long will it be until my order ships?
We try to fill most orders within 48 hours of receiving them, however please allow one to two weeks for delivery within the United States. It can take as little as three days for delivery depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping times can take up to 4 weeks due to heightened security on international packages. IMPORTANT: PRIORITY MAIL does not mean your order will ship immediately and be to you in 2 Days. Most orders are processed within 48 hours and then shipped. PRIORITY MAIL then takes 2-3 days from the date SHIPPED, not the date you place your order.

It's been a long time and I still don't have my order. What do I do?
Go to http://support.bandwear.com/ and fill out a trouble ticket. You need to have your Order Number and Name. This is the number that you received via email confirmation when your order was placed. When you ordered, you were directed to a page where you were prompted to print your receipt--the number is on that page. As soon as we receive your trouble ticket we will investigate and get back to you. Please allow 24 hours for a response. We do not have customer service reps available on the weekends.

Can I contact the band I'm ordering from through Bandwear?
No, we only run their online store and process the orders made through the Bandwear system. If you have a question for the band you will need to go to the band's website.
